Short bios:

Hélène Nicole

Helene Nicole studied Child Psychology and Well Being in a high school for teenage mothers she attended at 18. She got hooked on personal growth and never stopped educating herself.  She studied Personal Development in college, and became a community entrepreneur first by successfully creating a daycare and then a chain of health related boutiques. In 1999, after participating in a musical talent night, Hélène Nicole completely transformed her life, intuitively moving from Quebec to Toronto to become a singer.  She has since presented over 1500 shows and workshops across Canada to half a million participants. She is a songwriter, a teacher and also a published author of 3 books on the topic of how to surpass our own limitations. (www.transformation.helenenicole.com). Her Gotta Love That French series which played in 900+ schools, got her chosen as ‘Personnalité de la Semaine La Presse – Radio-Canada-CBC’ for her work in promoting French outside Quebec. She believes ‘Crois en Toi, Believe in Yourself’ is her best effort so far, and sums up her life work.

David Temple

A graduate of the music school at Eastern Michigan University, David Temple is a founding member of the Mid-Hudson Classical Guitar Society in New York.  A classical guitarist and composer, David has performed extensively as a soloist and an ensemble player, carrying out the mission of presenting concerts full of color and variety. He has released four albums, including original compositions, original transcriptions, and repertoire spanning five centuries — his original music being used in film, television, and musical theater. Currently an instructor in his private studio, he has taught guitar, composition, and theory at the Bard Conservatory of music, Friends Central School in Ardmore, PA and the Classical Guitar Store in Philadelphia.  He was soloist for the Northern Dutchess Symphony Orchestra’s 2019 performance of Rodrigo’s “Aranjuez” concerto.

Oh my goodness, what an incredible show! We had the chance to see Hélène Nicole’s children’s show and we were shocked! This show should be offered in every school and even every family around the world and specifically right now! The children learned about kindness, love, mutual aid, self-love and so much more. It’s the truth at its heart, popularized in such a simple way that it’s easy for everyone to understand. The interactive show leads us to make beautiful reflections as children and even parents ! Our 4 boys, aged 5 to 12, have all learned in their own way about relationships with themselves and with others. We are truly grateful to have seen this show! Don’t miss your chance!
