Gentle Yoga and Healing Energy
Come as you are, release body tension. Receive healing and de-stressing Reiki energy with a practice that moves slowly and is combined with music, Reiki, and aromatherapy. This class is ideal for people to start their weekend stretched and relaxed in a nurturing and safe atmosphere.
Class meets from 11 am -12:10pm Saturday, May 18.
Cost $25 each session. Classes must be pre-paid.
Must bring the items on the Supply List provided:
Yoga Mat, one Yoga strap, 2 Yoga blocks of your choice. Eye pillow, bolster and blanket are optional.
